This surgical illustration was based on a surgery performed by Dr. Alan Cohen at Johns Hopkins Hospital, and is for his use as a teaching tool for surgery residents. Above is a fully rendered version of steps 4 and 5 combined. Below are the sketches for all of the steps in the procedure. They have been formatted with filler text for a journal format.
